30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Return Condition
Returned items should be in good condition and include the original packaging, accessories and charging cable where possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to show the refund.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
